0TO1 INSTITUTIONAL CAPITAL READINESS

Before capital can price the company, outsiders need to understand and rely on it.

Capital Readiness is a six month applied executive and company transformation programme. The company, not the transaction, is the unit of transformation.

WHO IT IS FOR

Established operating companies with a real capital question.

  • Chief executive, founder or owner and the finance lead.
  • Up to three additional senior leaders whose functions matter to implementation.
  • At least one board level sponsor.
  • Normally six to eight hours per core participant per week, with higher effort at key programme moments.

WHAT CHANGES

The business, not the pitch deck, becomes ready.

The programme connects enterprise quality, institutional reliability, capital economics and stewardship. Public equity is one possible route, alongside debt, private equity, growth capital, private credit, strategic capital, cross listing, further preparation or a deliberate pause.
