You leave with: Full cost pricing, a real buyer test and a scale, redesign or stop decision. The full system is built only if the route is proven.
Choose this when: a priority, pilot or prepared project needs a credible project, funding and approval route.
Example: A ministry priority has support but no costed delivery model, approval sequence or funding plan.
You are paying us to: Build the project to the right stage and organise the funder, partner, approval and diligence path.
You leave with: A preferred option, cost and benefit case, governance and procurement route, funding pack and year one plan.

Example: Financing is signed, yet the permanent team is not ready to mobilise or manage blockages.
You are paying us to: Mobilise the critical path, stabilise delivery and transfer the system to permanent owners.
You leave with: A 100 day plan, owners and issue log, working management controls and a documented handover.
Choose this when: a sponsor manages many programmes or projects and must decide where limited support goes first.
Example: A foundation or regional body has 40 legacy programmes and an overstretched technical assistance budget.
You are paying us to: Compare, classify and rank the portfolio, then issue focused work orders for the highest value needs.
You leave with: A portfolio map, ranked support allocation, quarterly dashboard and managed work order pipeline.
Fees and budget fit
Starting fee guide: P0 from US$10,000. P1 to P5 from US$35,000. P6 and P7 from US$75,000. P8 from US$180,000 annual retainer plus work orders. Travel, fieldwork, data, external specialists and implementation costs are separate and agreed in advance. Longer and multi entity assignments are scoped separately. 0to1 does not charge a percentage of a grant, sovereign loan, donor payment, public award or financing approval.

Letter of Engagement acknowledgement
By signing this Letter of Engagement, the client confirms its intention to engage 0to1 Advisory for the selected Development Advisory service, subject to final confirmation of scope, timing and professional fees. The client authorises 0to1 Advisory to receive, process and securely store the information provided for reviewing fit, conducting the agreed analysis and delivering the engagement. The information will be treated as confidential and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
No work will begin until the non refundable commitment fee of US$1,500 has been received in the designated account.
